Important Information

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

How Does the Return Process Work?

  1. Contact us – Send us a message via our contact form or email us at info@lumidam.com. We’ll register your request and provide return instructions, including the return address.

  2. Prepare your return – Send the item back unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accessories. Please note we do not provide prepaid return labels and do not cover return shipping costs.

  3. Send tracking info – Once shipped, send us the tracking number by email to info@lumidam.com.

  4. Get your refund – That’s it! Scroll down to learn when and how you'll receive your money back.


Do I Pay for Return Shipping?

Yes, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If you’re returning the item due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind), you’ll cover return costs. The amount depends on the courier you choose.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping.


How Long Do I Have to Return My Item?

We ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Every order includes a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. You may contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.


My Item Arrived Damaged

If your item is damaged upon arrival, you may not need to return it.

Just contact us at info@lumidam.com or via the contact form – we’ll offer a free replacement or a refund.
For defective items, we’ll cover the return costs.


When and How Will I Be Refunded?

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your full refund within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (e.g. PayPal, credit/debit card).


Order Changes or Cancellation

You may edit or cancel your order (e.g. change colour, size, or address) within 24 hours of placing it.

Note: If you don’t receive a reply from our team within 24 hours, don’t worry – as long as your email was sent on time, your request will still be honoured.


Important

Please do not open a PayPal dispute just because you haven’t received a reply yet.
Once a dispute is opened, we can no longer cancel or change the order directly, as PayPal takes over the case.


I Haven’t Received My Order

Please contact us at info@lumidam.com or via the contact form.
We’ll check the status of your order, and if it hasn’t been delivered, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
